Nova
Magnetics, Inc. (NMI) was incorporated in Garland, Texas in 1981. Founded by Clay Hogan and the late Glynn Davis,
the corporation also owns a
Maquilladora, MagFlux Corporation, that was
incorporated in 1972. MagFlux Corporation provides low cost/high volume manufacturing capability, while
Nova Magnetics, Inc. handles all
engineering, prototype and small volume/large
physical size manufacturing.
Nova
Magnetics, Inc. moved into its present 39,000 Sq. Ft. building (owned by the founders) in 1985. An adjoining
10,000 square foot building was purchased in
1992, including sufficient land for
additional expansion when required.
MagFlux
Corporation operates in a 21,000 Sq. Ft. plant, and is supported by a 10,000 square foot warehouse in Laredo,
Texas.
